1 | SOURCING & FF&A DESIGN
You send our team an image of the FF&A you're looking for us to procure.
If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, we can recommend a selection for you based on your project's aesthetic, budget, and timeframe.

2 | BIDDING & BUDGETING
We bid your items across Primo's network of over 10,000+ local, domestic,
and international vendors. You receive a cost estimate for the purchasing and procurement of your FF&A at Primo's heavily discounted rate. We also present value engineering opportunities to further maximize your project's budget.

3 | PURCHASING
Upon approval, we handle all accounting matters related to your FF&A including purchase orders, payment processing, reconciliation, and tracking of local, state, and international taxes. For FF&A packages, we strategically stagger orders based on lead times and schedule to minimize storage fees.

4 | PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Primo coordinates all production-related submittals from upholstery to finish samples to shop drawings. For pieces requiring a prototype, we coordinate approval and any requested changes prior to full fabrication. Throughout the process, we regularly perform quality control and solicit production progress from vendors. Clients are regularly updated of the status of their FF&A.

5 | INSTALLATION
Our team oversees the logistics of receiving, storage, and delivery of FF&A to ensure your project's smooth execution. Depending on the scope, we can handle everything from drop-shipping to a full white-glove installation. We conduct a thorough end-of-project punch list, perform a final budget closeout, and disseminate records of FF&A warranties and maintenance instructions.
